<P class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 21.75pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt;FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">为了贯彻落实好《社会保险费征缴暂行条例》和《社会保险登记管理办法》，加强缴费单位登记管理，依据《关于加强参保单位社会保险年检工作的通知》（宁社险字<SPAN lang="EN-US">[2005]20</SPAN>号）文件精神，我局将于四月初开展社会保险年检工作?/SPAN></P>
<P class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 32pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt;FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">一、社会保险年检的对?/SPAN></P>
<P class="MsoBodyTextIndent"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">已经参加社会保险的国有企业、城镇集体企业、外商投资企业、城镇私营企业和其他城镇企业、个体工商户及机关事业单位?/SPAN></P>
<P class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 32pt"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt;FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">二、社会保险年检方法</SPAN></P>
<P class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 32pt"><SPAN lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt;FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">1</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt;FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">、申报：我局将随文下发《宁夏回族自治区社会保险登记年检表》（附后），参保单位应按《宁夏回族自治区社会保险登记年检表》的内容和要求，以上年末单位的各项劳动和社会保险报表、财务报表数据为依据如实填报，并应提供与参保缴费有关的劳动用工情况、劳动合同签订情况、工资收入和企业财务状况等报表资料以及九九年下发的《社会保险登记证》，在四月底以前到县社会保险事业管理局进行年检申报?/SPAN></P>
<P class="MsoNormal" style="TEXT-INDENT: 32pt"><SPAN lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt;FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">2</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 16pt;FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">、审核：我局将各单位报送的年检材料与单位在年度内参保缴费情况即从业人员、工资收入等情况进行审核，对年检合格的参保单位，在《社会保险登记证》上加盖合格印章，确认其持证资格（对年检合格的个体工商户，建立备查名册）；对年检不合格的单位或不按规定参加社会保险年检和年检中发现问题严重的单位，我局将通过社会保险稽核，进一步查清问题，及时将缴费单位的违规情况向劳动保障监察机构通报，由劳动保障监察机构按照《劳动保障监察条例》、《社会保险费征缴监督检查方法》的有关规定责令限期改正或给予处罚?/SPAN></P>
